RP'ing the Oasis Royal Guard

Role playing the Oasis Guards

Ubar sent girl a note asking me to make a special post of a thread girl did previously on rp’ing the Oasis guards in case of attack by an outsider. The guards are to be used when Free (non-warriors) or slaves are in the room and whom don’t wish to “run away” from the attack. If you are not comfortable in using this rp, then “escapes and runs from the room” can be used if the log is saved. In either event, save the log! He wishes that we calmly and quickly gain control of the situation.

If you determine that the intruder is a treat (he makes a threatening action or statement(s) to you or some other Oasis member, or the city, make this simple post... (example is for a slave):

“The girl, as well as the Captain of the Oasis Royal Guard, notices that the visitor may have bad intentions, and she watches as the Oasis warriors rush to the intruder, surround him and disarm him all within a few ihn. She is amazed at how swift the well-trained elite guards move to handle the situation per Oasis laws.”

You can rp the guards throwing the intruder into the body of water (lake?) if you feel a need to add insult to injury.

Based on how the intruder reacts, either boot him or permit him to remain if he backs off his threats. The guards are well-trained Oasis special forces warriors. RP them as such. They are a force if used properly.

Please remember that this is for Free who do not wish to fight or run or slaves who do not wish to run. Warriors can react as they so choose to defend the city and its members.
