Stacking Wood

it is early morning and the chirping of the birds are the only sounds girl hears echoing in the air. stretching her slender frame as she yawns.. "aaahhhhhhrrrrrhhh" thinking to herself it's time for her day to begin. she braces herself as she sets up in her bed, turning her hips to place her feet to the cold floor..her hips barely swaying as she walks across the floor to pull a clean working camisk from her drawer. lifting her slender arms over her head the camisk slides down over her frame easily.. with a little tug here and there then brushing it down in place.. tosses her silky raven mane over her shoulder, then off she goes to start her day.

her tiny feet padding down the path that leads to the wood pile. walking along girl notices the beautiful sun rise along the horizon, even nature has started to awake.. a few ships are moving along the harbor. as girl arrives at the wood pile she looks the stack over as most of it is stacked really high and she didn't want the pile to fall and her to have to restack it. finding a wheel barrel, she wrapped her tiny hands around it gripping it tight before she bent at the knees then lifted. she pushed it over to the pile where it would be easiest to load..

she stretched her slender frame tall pulling the logs from the top . luckily someone had taken logs from the highest point of this side of the pile.. she stretched on her tiptoes pulling the logs and tossing them into the barrel. eris worked her way down the pile until the wheel barrel was full. luckily for her the walk back to the Grand Hall would be slightly down hill.. gripping the handles once again and bending at the knees she lifted the back end. with staggering first steps girl began to push the wheel barrel onto the path.

reaching the Grand Hall, she lowered the back end to the ground. taking a log in each hand girl ran up the stairs and propped the door open with the two logs... then turned on the balls of her feet to run back down the stairs.. filling her arms with as many logs as she could carry. making several trips up and down the stairs, eris neatly she stacked the wood by the fireplace.

as she finished her chore, she stepped outside and brushed the few wood chips from her camisk, then returned the wheel barrel back to where it was stored..

A Surprise For Her Master and Her Mistress

it was late afternoon and girl had not seen her Mistress or her Master in the Grand Hall. knowing how busy they were tending to their duties as Schendi Warrior and Scribe, eris decided to do something special for them. she ran to the kitchen looking through the storage room where she found a nice picnic basket. after pulling it from the shelf, she wiped it down and laid clean rep cloths on the inside.

trying to think of what she could fill the basket with, girl turned quickly making her way to the cool storage room. before stepping inside, eris carefully propped the door open with a long stick. it was very dark inside the room so she grabbed a small torch lifting it up above her head as she walked into the room. her sparkling brown eyes glancing around from shelf to shelf to see what she could fill the basket with. her luscious lips curled into a big smile when she began to find food to fill her basket.

Master loved pastries and fresh baked bread. her sister gin had been up early on this morning and had made an abundance of goodies.. eris found a fresh loaf of bread, thin slices vulo breast and shrimp that had been grilled to perfection that was left over from lunch and put on a tray and corn on the cob with verr butter. looking around quickly the only thing missing from her meal was a salad and fruit. while placing some fresh ramberries, and red fruit in the basket, she looked it all over to make sure she had enough.

starting up the stairs the thought crossed her mind.. .. ahhh.. her Mistress favorite wine.. turning quickly to retrieve a bottle of Ka-la-na wine to make this perfect. trotting back down the stairs then up again. once she returned to the kitchen eris warmed the corn, shrimp, and vulo. running to the garden she pulled enough fresh ketch to make a salad for two. for dessert the added Imperia-l Larma and Cream Pie that her sister had made earlier that day.

eris checked and washed the plates and goblets before putting them into the basket. quickly she made her way to the library where her Mistress was working.. she entered innocently to tell her Mistress she was to meet Master in fifteen minutes in a place that they called their special spot.. girl knew of it so she ran to the Warrior building and told Master the same. “Master please meet Mistress in your special spot in fifteen minutes. He looked at her curiously.. then dismissed her and hurriedly she was on her way..

taking with her the basket and a huge cloth.. she spread it on the ground before setting up their picnic dinner.. putting it all in place.. then walking away to where she couldn't be seen.. she waited patiently as she watched from a distance,.. Master arrived first.. then Mistress.. their faces lit up when they saw each other and the meal that had been prepared for them.. girl could see each of them shake their head no.. then they looked around.. she kept out of sight.. then made her way back to the Grand Hall....

Making the morning blackwine

arriving to grand hall before others would arise, eris entered the kitchen to start her morning chore. before the washing of her hands she checked the fire on the stove, seeing it was burning low she add a few logs to keep the fire going. brushing her hands together she moves to the basin, to wash and dry her hands. with dainty hands she grabs a kettle and clay bowl turning quickly with feet padding down the stairs to the cool storage room. there she finds a barrel of blackwine beans. scooping the clay bowl inside she fill it with beans to be ground for the blackwine. eris sets the bowl of beans aside until she can fill the kettle full of fresh spring water from the underground stream. once she fills the kettle she retrieves the bowl of beans and makes her way back to the main floor of the kitchen. she places the kettle on the fire letting it begin to heat as she grinds the beans...

she moves to the cupboard pulling forth the hand carved grinder and cup. placing a few beans at a time in the grinder then working them with the grinding tool. pressing her weight against the tool crushing the beans to a fine texture. as eris grinds the beans and the bowl she uses to grind the beans in begins to fill, she takes a small spoon, running it around the edges grinder bowl pouring them onto a clean rep cloth. once she has enough ground for the kettle that she has placed the water in, she ties the corners of the rep cloth, lifts the lid of the kettle to toss the ground beans inside. as she lifts the lid, the steam pushes back into her face as the water has begun to boil.

not knowing how busy the grand hall would be today, girl continues to grind more beans while waiting for the kettle of blackwine to brew,. . after cleaning the grinding tool and placing it back into the cupboard, she fill the barrels with fresh water so everything would ready for her sisters as they to would make kettles of blackwine throughout the day. eris placed a small log of slow burning wood on the fire so the blackwine would simmer until it was ready to be served to the Free.

Cleaning Furs

in the midst of the cool morning air it was time to rise and venture towards the dance pit. girl was sure there would be furs that had been used the night before that would require cleaning. the sand, still yet cold and damp feeling before the sun would rise and press it's warmth against it... sending chills through her slender body. the palms of her hands brushing against her arms trying to keep them warm as she walked in the direction of the dance pit.

as she reached the dance pit she took the time to pull back the curtains, pinning them back so the morning sun would warm the tent. before going inside the ten girl spread a hide out onto the ground that she would use to lay the furs on. she then hurried inside with her feet padding quickly kicking up the sand as she ran to each fur, picking it up, gathering them all into her arms.. returning outside the tent she noticed the sun barely peeking over the horizon.

girl placed them into a pile on the ground. taking them one by one she shook them before she spread them on a hide that she would use for cleaning each one. with dainty hands she had spread it out flat. turning to grip the jar of pot ash between her hands, she leaned and put her weight into it. as the lid loosened she removed it, then sprinkled some pot ash all through the furs. this would give each one a dry cleaning as well as deodorize it, with a fresh smell. after letting the first one sit for a bit, she shook the ask from the fur, then brushed each one with a soft bristled brush.. eris repeated the process until they were all clean.

once all were cleaned, eris folded them over her arm and carried them back inside. she placed them back around the pit for the Mu'allim (Master) and slaves later use. leaving the tent she stopped and brushed the ash from the hide, then rolled and tied it before putting it back into it's proper place.

Filling the oil lamps

After her first chore of cleaning the furs of the dance pit, girl made her way to the storage tent.. her raven mane bouncing off her shoulders as she walked. Her arm and hips swinging in rhythm with her long strides. The rare morning breeze pushing her silks away from her thighs with each step. Approaching the entrance of the storage tent, her sparkling brown eyes quickly searching the room for a wagon she could pull behind her as she went from tent to tent, gathering the oil lamps that needed to be refilled. Luckily enough there was one left that she could use to do her chore.

Her dainty hand gripping the handle as she began to pull the wagon from the tent. It wasn't easy pulling it through the sand, but somehow she managed. Slowly making her way from tent to tent girl gathered the lamps that needed to be refilled. pulling her wagon into the storage tent, near the barrels that contained the tharlarion oil, turning it in the direction of the entrance. The sun now rising higher began to warm the tent as she worked.

Eris carefully removed each chimney from the base of each lamp before filling it with tharlarion oil. The ride in the wagon was not a smooth one so to protect the bases from cracking or breaking she wrapped each in clean rep cloths, before placing it back into the wagon. After filling the last one she made her rounds from tent to tent. This time around the Free had began to awaken. She greeted each as she heard voiced from within.. “Tal Master.. Tal Mistress.. girl hopes the day has found you to be well..”.

She could see other girls gathering their lamps throughout Two Scimitars. Before long all would be replenished and they could soon begin to make themselves ready for their Masters..

rising early morn girl put on her working camisk and tied her hair into a knot towards the right side of her head.. pulling back the curtain of her tent, she could see the sun beginning to rise. she loved rising early morn to complete her chores so she could be Free for her Master and Mistress the remainder of the day.

moving around quickly she gathered the kantharos washing them thoroughly, clean rep cloths, a bucket and dipper. kneeling down beside the pump, girl placed each item in the order of which it would be needed. her tiny arm lifting and lowering the handle of the pump until the water began to flow from the well. the water flowing quickly once it started to move through the pump. It was ice cold as it hit the bucket girl lowered the handle to keep an even flow without splattering. knowing what a serious offense it is for water to be wasted, she didn't want to be found at fault. Her arms grew tired although she knew she must carry on. Once the bucket was full, she lowered the handle fully to stop the water from running.

girl placed the tightly woven rep cloth over the opening of the kantharos forming a small well in the center, using it to strain the sand and salt from the water. her dainty hands holding the kantharos over the bucket as she began to dip the water into kantharos. After each kantharos was filled, she set them aside until they were all full, refilling the buckets as needed.

she rose to her feet and gripped the long neck of the kantharos in the palms of her hands, placing them into the fold of the opposite arm. turning on the balls of her feet in the hot sand, she made her way to the cool storage room and place each one on the storage shelves for fresh drinking water.

girl made her way back to the pump to gather the remaining cloths, her dipper and bucket to be put away, once she entered the storage shelter.

that a girl eris keep up the wonderful work

*girl rises early to help prepare for the ceremonies...running from her kennel to the Throne Room to start the fire in the branding pit.. she gathers some of the logs by the fireplace. stacking them carefully into the pit. Once the wood is ready, girl moves quickly turning on the balls of her feet, she moves to get some liquid to pour over the logs to. once the liquid soaks into the logs she takes the lit torch and places it close to the logs.. with one big woooof!!..the logs are engulfed in flames..then dies down and begins to burn slowly~

gripping each iron brand with both hands, eris checks them over to make sure it doesn't have any flaws she turns before setting the brands on the fire. all three appear to be flawless...as she made her way to the tent where the girls would be bathed girl ran quickly feet padding across the hot sand.. on her way she ran into her sisters zanduas and kaylee.. stopping long enough to ask if each of them would help to bath her sisters chaz, mel, and shayla before their ceremony. both eager to help,

girl was happy to see the water had been placed in big kettles and began to boil over the open fire. dipping bucket after bucket into the water then hauling it to the tubs under the bathing tent. kaylee and zanduas were working so hard. with the help of her sisters, eris was able to fill the tubs quickly.

each sister took her time as she began to bathe her sisters hair scrubbing the exast.. trying not to get it tangled. zan and kaylee each helped in bathing the girls. as we looked around eris found clean camisk, rep cloths, and soap. lifting her arms to hold the entrance of the tent open, the warmth of the rising sun began to fill the room... girl took the temwood comb and began to comb out her sisters hair. their manes were now free of sand and dirt of the sesert. girl began to hum a soft tune as she combed through shayla's hair. pulling the strands of hair through the comb until all tangles were removed. the heat of the desert drying it quickly.

As the girls finished their baths we helped them to dry off, then placed a special mixture lotions on their soft skins.. soon it would be time for their ceremonies.. the tubs were emptied and all of the dirty laundry put into it's proper lace.

as she explained to all about their ceremony the brands each would receive as well as the meaning of the whipping. they all appeared more at ease.. girl assured them that it would all be worthwhile once they had their turn in the branding blocks...

combing through their hair once more.. before sending them off to their ceremonies in the Throne Room. ~ La Kajira sister.....we all chanted as they left the tent...

a rare breeze blowing through her window as the morning was nigh, waking her from her sleep. she rose from her bed and began to think about her chores.. turning and placing her tiny feet to the floor as she began to gather her thoughts of the day. clothing her naked form with her work camisk, then making her way to the Throne Room to begin her work of the day.

her feet padding quickly through the streets with her raven mane bouncing up and down off her shoulders... her walk is brisk with long strides swaying her smexy hips from side to side. once reaching the Throne Room she didn't dare look up as she guards made their slanderous sexual remarks. She gather her broom, dust pan and clean rep cloths and a bottle that held a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice.

trotting to the top of the stairs, taking her broom with her she began to sweep down the stairs.. it didnt take long for sand and dust to gather in the carpet. She swept and swept from the top of the stairs on each side to the bottom. removing the sand and dirt that had blown through the air and landed in the rug covering the stairs..

Once the dust had settled eris made her way back to the top of the stairs and began to polish the golden rail. sprinkling a small amount of the oil onto the cloth before she rubbed and rubbed the railing before bringing it to a magnificent shine. It sparkled so bright as the sunlight bounced off of it. before she knew it others had entered the Throne Room to do their share of the chores that needed to be completed on this day.

feeling the heat of the sun against her back as she walked towards the cages carrying in her left hand a small wooden bowl, a clean rep cloth and in the other a pail, that contained a dipper and a small amount water for the slaves. lifting her left arm across her forehead to hood her eyes, trying to protect them from the glare of the sun. the pace of her footsteps are quick and light with each step.

as she approached the cage she noticed the guards eyes were upon her.. roaming from head to toe.. she slowed the pace of her walk, and began to swing her hips from side to side.. still feeling their eyes upon her as she approached the cage, hearing their whispering and murmurs concerning her form. biting her lower lip with a teasing smile, she pretended not to hear them.

startled by the deep voice behind her asking what she had in her pail, she stopped in her footsteps, turned slowly to answer Him. "girl has water for the slave, Master", lifting the pail for Him to see. He took a dipper full of water and drank of it.. a small amount of water dripping from the side of His mouth and down His chin.. girl gently took the clean rep cloth patting His mouth. He looked girl over as He put the dipper back into the pail then spoke in a deep voice.. "quite refreshing".. now go to the slave .. as girl turned to go to the slave, he gave her a sharp slap on her ass.. glancing quickly over her shoulder with a flirtatious smile, she continued on her way, as they murmured and laughed amongst themselves..

reaching the cage, she sat the pail to the ground, and dipped a bowl of fresh water for the slave. the girl was there on hands and knees holding to the bars waiting for the water. her dainty hands reaching through the bars as girl handed it to her, telling her to drink it slowly.. after she finished with her drink, eris gathered the pail and the bowl. As she passes by the guards on her way back, they call out to her.. "hey girl, are you restricted to the First Sword only or not?"...with swaying hips moving their way.. she said "girl is His personal, but retricted.. *shakes her head*.. "uhmmm Not"....anything You need to know further should be directed to My Master.. *winks*...
